At Think Coffee, we strive for perfection in every roast, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Due to the perishable nature of our coffee beans, returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of delivery.

Email our customer care team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue with your coffee or brewing equipment.
Review & Approval
Our quality control team will review your request and, if approved, provide a return authorization number or arrange for a replacement shipment.
Secure Packaging
For non-perishable hardware, please pack the item securely in its original packaging to ensure it is not damaged during transit.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a credit to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
